Dr. Knapp has been providing chiropractic care in Sarasota since 1985.

He was the first to offer high power laser therapy (HILT) in Sarasota in 2006.  He coauthored the first Laser Therapy Safety and Compliance manual published by the Florida Chiropractic Association in 2025.
